Handles Inquiries, Requests, Sales and Service Campaigns and
Complaints received via Inbound and Outbound Call
Conducts Customer Satisfaction surveys for Sales, Service, Certified Pre-owned Vehicles, Parts, Fleet, Rent a Car and HED
Contacts Recall Customers
Creates, follows-up, and escalates Requests, Inquiries and Cases to different Departments
To document important information that transpired during the call.
Update customer data in SAP.
Maintain or Exceed the Target for Call Quality
Maintain or Exceed the Target for Total Number of Surveys done
Support the CRM Department with all activities as and when required by management
