About Your Role

The Recruitment Specialist will be a part of the Global Recruitment Team based in Doha, Qatar and will be accountable for ensuring that they have the right people, in the right place at the right time.

You will provide expert business advisory (data and recommendations) to Line Hiring Managers to support key hiring decisions through providing business intelligence on talent / job market, job description definition, long-term sourcing strategies, industry best practices on interviews and selection, offer process.

You will build strong working relationships across various stakeholders such as HR Business Support, CHRO office, Compensation & Benefits team and Organizational Design & JD team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accountable for ensuring the delivery of output metrics covering the following for assigned business units (BUs)
  • New hire attrition rates (first 12 months) Quality of hire Target start dates Hire (customer) satisfaction

  • Influence key stakeholders to adhere to SOPs and ensure process compliance
  • Conduct full briefing meetings with Hiring Managers for each role and develop specific value propositions in the line with QR Group EVP and branding guidelines
  • Ensure the assessment and selection tools for a particular vacancy are validated and administered consistently across a panel of interviewers / assessors through training
  • Personally own the full recruitment cycle from definition of hiring needs, sourcing, selection through to offer.
  • Maintain close relationships with Hiring Manager relationship, coaching them through the recruitment process and building a compelling candidate value proposition to sell to candidates
  • Personally assess candidates’ competence, cultural fit and motivation and present a pipeline / talent pool of candidates to meet business hiring plan for the financial year.
  • Promote the selection framework by coaching Hiring Managers to take quality hiring decisions
  • Ensure accurate information is maintained in key HR systems (e.g : ATS) to consistent standards across the team.
  • About You

    You will have a Bachelors degree from a recognized university with 5 years working experience.

    The role demands working experience from a multicultural environment as being mandatory . You should have previous experience from search based recruitment models.

    Excellent planning and organisational skills, political awareness and flexibility, resilience, tenacity, proactive research and a positive and adaptable manner with the know how to adapt and multitask quickly are all part of this role.

    Solid english written and spoken english skills are absolutely critical.
