Job Description

Identify gaps in business process and prepare plans to implement the changes

Maintain excellent working relation with customers to ensure project deliveries are met

Coordinate with / Guide operations team on timely delivery of project inclusions such as Vehicles and drivers as required by contract

Coordinate with sales team and draft vehicle leasing contract / subsequent renewals for customers in the standard format provided and forward for contracts supervisor review.

Coordinate with legal team on obtaining confirmation of vehicle leasing contracts awarded through tender and notify contracts supervisor for further review and processing.

Update taxation manager on contract awards for contract reporting.

Track contract documents provided to customers for signing

Timely Assignment of vehicles and drivers to contract in SAP system to enable operations team to process deliveries to customers

Supports contract supervisor in customer invoice processing.

Ad hoc duties as assigned related to project / process deliveries
