You will organize and monitor the repair dispatch andrepair activities of the components. ?As a Customer supportofficer, you will act as a liaison, provide product / servicesinformation and resolve any emerging problems that our clientsmight face with accuracy and efficiency in close cooperation withthe Account Manager based in Doha.
Your mission will be to ensureexcellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfactionMission ?Day-to-day operational support of the customer in Doha.
Follow-up of Repair activities with the customer in closecooperation with the account manager. ?Build sustainablerelationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies. ?Handlecomplaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives withinthe time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.?
