Essential and optional requirements
A degree in hospitality management or related field from a known University.
A minimum of 3 years experience as EAM or Resident Manager in a upscale / Luxury Brand.
Fluency in English, both oral and written is mandatory. Additional knowledge European language(s) would be an advantage.
Strong background in Financial acumen, including operational control systems, budgeting and forecasting techniques.
Natural leadership, with an ability to motivate and mentor the Team. Excellent interpersonal skills, adaptable to different cultures.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Director of Operations will oversee the daily operations of the hotel and provide direction, guidance and support to all Operating Departments (Rooms, Food & Beverage and Kitchen, SPA, Quality, Security and Recreation).
He / she will ensure that the highest standards of service quality are met and that departmental profitability is optimized.
Functions as the strategic business leader of the property's Hotel Operations.
Position oversees the development and implementation of departmental strategies and ensures Hotel Operations meet the brand’s standards, targets customer needs,
ensures employee satisfaction, As a member of the Executive Committee, develops and implements hotel-wide strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the brand’s target .
