Job Description

The RoleGeneral Job Purpose Brief Assists passengers with Special needs from the aircraft, at baggage screening area, check-in counter, Transfer Area with the available means of transportations (wheelchair and buggy) in accordance to the Sops.

Ensure that while delivering service to the passengers with special needs, safety and security procedures are implemented and complied. Work Duties

  • Assists Passengers who require special Assistance through wheelchair by escorting them and ensure safe embarkation and disembarking from Aircrafts.
  • Assist in handling of baggage by being proactive for Customers who need special assistance to ensure Comfort of Customers at all times.
  • Assist transfer passenger connecting on other flight in carrying out check-in formalities at the transfer desk and escort passenger to the Customer Care lounge.
  • Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, security, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the operation to guarantee employee safety, security, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality service with a responsible environmental attitude.
  • RequirementsMinimum Educational Qualifications Essential

  • High School Qualification (e.g. O level, Year 10, min compulsory education)
  • No prior job-related work experience
  • Valid light Driving License of Home Country or Qatari Driving License Preferred
  • One year job related experience and Driving license Required Work Knowledge and Skills
  • Essential Good communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge on airport passenger handling procedures.
  • Basic knowledge on Humanitarian assistance.
  • Basic Knowledge on Safety regulation Preferred
  • Computer knowledge.
  • A minimum of two years driving in Qatar.
  • Experience in a multinational / hospitality organization.
  • Experience in a multinational / hospitality organization
