We are looking to hire an experienced Bakery Production Manager to supervise staff and manage all bakery operations.
The role as Bakery Production Manager is to assist the in all aspects of the production of the company’s product range and the smooth running of the bakery on an ongoing basis.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Bakery Production.
Should have experience in making breads, Pastries, Cakes, Muffins, Croissants, etc.
Control production to minimize losses
Compliance to processes
Providing all reports for daily, weekly and monthly figures of sales to purchases.
Responsible for all orders, returns and billing reports, cross and local merchandising and ordering.
Reviewing, approving, and receiving orders, distributions and deliveries daily.
Generate repeat business through exceptional customer service.
Prepares, implements the quality manual for quality control of production
Ensures all employees abide by the standards of the quality control manual.
Establishes, maintains and enforces control quality standards for production and communicates these established control points to production directly and with assistance of the production management.
Ensures that food products meet standards set by the company, regulatory authorities, and customers.
Must have solid team leading skills, be able to identify areas of improvement plus ideally be qualified in Food Safety, Food Hygiene and Health & Safety.
