Job Summary1. Carry out tenant move in inspection2. Schedule tenant move out inspection and update to FMC3. Assisting prospective tenants in viewing vacant units4.
Checking & monitoring the preparation of ready, vacant units and coordinate with FM coordinator to complete the preparation5.
Sending Booked units update to property management6. Check the common areas & update to FMC & AFM7. Make sure all the tenants complaints are attended & update daily maintenance report to the tracker8.
Updating the vacant units tracker9. Assisting to forward invoices, Petty cash, LPOs’, invoice submission forms, HR related forms & other required forms to relevant departments10.
Attending daily meeting with AFM, FMC, housekeeping supervisor & security supervisor / Preparation of minutes of meeting11.
Assisting with MEP and Civil technicians to solve the technical matters12. Report preparation for management decision (MIS)13.
Technical / Observation data collection for report preparation14. Help desk assistant15. Update inventory tracker16. Record keeping17.
Seeking for cost saving and energy saving options18. Assisting to prepare monthly time sheets of employeesCorporate Responsibilities1.
