Describe the selection of food& beverage menu items to guests by offering interesting,and vivid descriptions of each item s, origin, taste, andpreparation methods
Anticipate guest needs,ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgentlyand appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
Communicate guest orders including any special needs orrequests to the kitchen using the hotel s point-of-sales system;coordinate food timings;
check completed kitchen orders with theguest s original order; transport items to the guest table in atimely manner to ensure proper food quality.
PreferredQualifications and Skills
This positionrequires an applicant with general food knowledge. Candidates musthave good personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in a similar role within 5*luxury Hotel.
The ideal candidate will havean outgoing personality and a can-do attitude
Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in theEnglish language.
