Under the guidance of the Front Office Manager. Ensure the highest standards of maintenance, hygiene and cleanliness in all aspects of the operation.
Ensure guests safety and satisfaction are provided whilst they utilise the facilities. General supervision of the Pool area.
Will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Pool areas. These areas should be kept in a neat, tidy and sanitary manner in accordance with Health and Safety Standards.
To help with the development of the Pool systems and procedures and to make sure that they are kept up to date on a regular basis.
To provide direct personal assistance / support to the Front Office Manager whenever appropriate and to ensure the provision of an effective service for the Pool area.
Must attend all Lifeguard training courses and department meetings as deemed necessary, and must adhere to training as set down by the Front Office Manager.
To assist in the day to day running of the pool area.Responsible for stock of pool chemicals and ensure a par stock level appropriate to the business demands.
General supervision of the pool area.Will be expected to aid Fitness staff in setting up for classes and clearing away after.
To receive training to ensure that all-relevant legislation pertaining to the Health and Safety at Work Law and Health and Hygiene standards are implemented and monitored within the pool.
To take care of the Reception when required.Responsible for performing the daily plant room procedures, water balance and tests and maintain correct PH levels of pool.
