  • The primaryresponsibility of this position is to assist customers incompleting calls in a professional and helpful manner whilegathering information.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the rightmethods / tools
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achievesatisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accountsthrough open and interactive communication
  • Experienced in handling high-call volumes
  • Ability to analyze complex claims and determine the needed actionto correct or continue processing
  • Monitor and respond appropriately to a variety of alarm signals onthe field.
  • Response must be timely and accurate, with particular attentiongiven to general procedures and special instructions to guide ourcustomers.
  • Transfer calls to the right operation team to take quick andnecessary actions on the field.
