Actively pursue growth opportunities by securing new customers and maintaining and developing existing accounts Visit new and existing accounts understand their requirements and present solutions Build and develop strong relationships with key decision makers from target customers Deliver agreed revenue sales targets and share objectives on a monthly quarterly and annual basis achieve monthly KPI s Conduct and report a minimum number of sales leads set by the management and transform a minimum of those into revenue generating business Promote the services and products of all entities and coordinate sales efforts with other department sales Identify potential customers and register opportunities in ERP relentlessly pursue realization of such opportunities leading to revenue for the company Manage Customer services through quality checks and other followups Identify and resolve client concerns Negotiate with the accounts as per price guidelines given looking to maximize profits Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner Ensure accurate compilation and reporting of operational and financial information about the customers Support Sales Coordinators and work closely with Operations and Documentation on the execution of customer service contracts Follow up with clients for the outstanding payments and bills supported by the Finance Controller Prepare sales plans and reports using ERP System Conduct customer presentations and details sales project proposals Ensure all customer visits opportunities and any other customer information are update with the requirements and expectation in the ERP system Maintaining records in Aero freight ERP for all the transactions and interactions made with customers and for Sales meetings sales visits and follow ups Assimilate market information and take part in the overall business development through weekly monthly sales meetings Understand competitor strategies capabilities and pricing to better position Aero Freight advantageously Participate in the Weekly Sales Meeting conducted by the Head Of Sales Register all complaints related to customers internal communications respectively in the ERP system All trade related enquires are followed up and rates are send on the stipulated time to win business Register all customer complaints and internal issues in the ERP as advised to ensure issues are highlighted at proper channels All trade related enquires are followed up and rates are send on the stipulated time to win business Ensure all Set KPI s are strictly met to avoid noncompliance Industry Type Shipping Freight Functional Area Sales Business Development
