Actively generate new businessfor Company in terms of generating more properties to promote andprocuring potential tenants and buyers.
Promote the sales and renting of company real estateportfolio through local contact networks, advertisements, openhouses, leads, etc.
Inspect condition ofpremises, and arrange for necessary maintenance or notify thecompany of maintenance needs.
Accompanyclients during visits to and inspections of the property, advisingthem on the suitability and value / features of the property they arevisiting.
Act as an intermediary innegotiations between the property owners and clients.
Coordinate with outside real estate brokerages as per theCompany’s interests.
Advise thecompany on how to make a property more appealing to potentialclients.
Finalize and coordinate documentationsuch as representation agreements, lease agreements, closingstatements, and the like, as they are related andneeded.
Coordinate property rental and salesdeals, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.Continually stay in touch with past clients, current clients, andpotential clients to provide optimal customer support andsatisfaction.
