Ensure that all thecompany’s HSE requirements as detailed in the Health,Safety & Environmental Management System (Essential Safety)are implemented and maintained in all existing and newsites
Ensure company awareness and monitorcompliance to all statutory requirements where reasonablypracticable.
Review all internal, externalaudit reports to ensure that the Newrest Gulf standard is beingcorrectly and effectively measured.
Reportmonthly on results achieved per site namely Manhours worked, LTIF,TRIR etc, and assess the achievement of targets set.
Intervene / help with corrective action implementation asrequired and follow up of the Central Action PointRegister.
Monitor compliance with EssentialSafety and HACCP requirements, update all information material andensure that all updates are effectively communicated to alloperating divisions.
Develop and updatetraining material and information for Inhouse Food HygieneTraining, HSE Induction, and HACCP management.
Conduct pre-opening risk assessments in terms of HealthAct Compliance, HACCP requirements, as well as the Companystandards.
Deal with product non-conformances / quality complaints as and when they arise, via categorybuyers.
