DohaJob DescriptionThe CRM Administrator is responsible for managing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Microsoft Dynamics, on a dayto-day basis.

  • The role also manages the integration and maintenance of various legacy CRM Systems Manage all new user set-ups and deactivation, including transferring ownership of accounts / contacts / opportunities for deactivated users Audit data to uncover data integrity issues and / or opportunities for process improvement Execute all configuration changes Maintain updated system documentation Respond to user questions and requests promptly Gather and write up business requirements for system enhancements Develop ad-hoc reports as requested by user groups or stakeholders;
  • perform analysis on data as required Perform manual or automated data entry / data clean up as requiredSkillsEssential 1+ years of experience with CRM Administration in a support function required Ability to gather large amounts of data and analyze / translate data required Experience servicing internal and / or external customers required Desirable 2 years of college or specialized training preferred Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience preferred Project management experience a plus SQL Database experience is a plusEssential CRM Migration CRM Administration deadlinesEssential Fluent in Bilingual language (written and verbal) in Arabic and English Microsoft Dynamics, SQL, SharePoint & Office Expert DesirableBehaviour CompetenciesEssential Reliable and Time Management Proficient Team Player shares relevant and useful information with othersEducationIT or technical qualification
