  • Interact with customers and salesrepresentatives to gain firsthand familiarity of customer needsplus product applications.
  • Review salesnetwork design to verify customer’s requirements arecompletely supported through BHN provided service.
  • Evaluate customer support issues as well as maintain toplevel positive perception by customers pertinent to organizationsupport structure.
  • Provide necessarysuggestions on proactive basis to steadily assist positiveinterpretation.
  • Prepare technical samples,designs along with presentations to provide supportive technicaldata retort to customer requests.
  • Manageentire communications with client technical departments regularlyas requested by customer.
  • Maintain customerassistance reference guidelines for client contact as well assupport information.
  • Review quarterly with allallotted customers to revise service levels as well as openissues.
  • Provide clients with status of entireopen requests for service improvements and changes.
  • Develop liaison for clients during network outages aswell as event affecting customer’s networks.
  • Provide entire company information for every customeroutages.
  • Contribute to sustainabilityrequirements of every network design being sustained.
  • Participate in sales support related conferences, tradeshows, workshops plus meetings to update on current informationplus developments in industry.
  • Prepare complexreports as well as documents.
  • Presenttechnical assistance to Tier I, II as well as operationalsupport.
