Lease Preparation and all related administration such as drafting of Offers to Lease Renewals Lease Abstracts AddendumsCoordination of deals with different company divisions Accounting Property Management and LegalCritical date and due diligence trackingMaintaining and creating efficient filing and electronic storage of documentationFollowing up with Tenants regarding Lease return or any documentation concernsResponsible for all leasing related invoice payments related to commissions events proposal costs etc.

Coordination with inhouse marketing providing leasing reports required.Liaising with inhouse counsel for any legal requirementsManaging Client Relationship and Tenant databasesAssisting the Accounting Finance Departments with monthly reporting yearly property revenue budgets refinancing tasksMonthly review of all upcoming renewals and communication of information to Leasing Accounting and Property Management teams.

Monthly communication and notification to Property Management regarding upcoming move outs and new tenantsRecording and tracking of all new deals and renewals completed andFile organization photocopying and filing.
