Performs as Single Point ofContact with the client, nurtures the relationship, acts ascontract manager and ensures Project Communication Plan is in placeand functional across all levels and areas of theproject.
Directly manages the core ProjectManagement Team
Establish and maintaineffective communication throughout the process with other functions(e.g.
Operations, AMO, Engineering, PL, supplychain, finance etc.)
Manages multiple CWIproducts and services across multiple contracts awarded toBHGE
Creates, modifies and improves detailedProject Execution Plan and all parts thereof, i.e. Risk
Management Plan, Communications Plan, Sourcing Plan,Quality Plan, Project Readiness Plan and
Performance Improvement Plan etc
Performs continual Project Reviews, with client, CompanyLeadership & Internal Project Staff.
Participates in PEER reviews, After Action Reviews andany investigations as required
Identify areasfor continuous improvement through implementing an effectiveproject lessons learned process
Works closelywith CWI Operations Manager in delivery of project and contractsKPIs in order to make informed decisions and implement proactivemeasures.
Responsible for accurate financialforecasting and to deliver the committed Revenue, Margin, DSO andCash Flow
Create and maintain comprehensiveproject documentation
Use and improve projectmanagement and reporting tools
Displays andencourages company ethics, initiatives across both the assignedproject and the wider organization.
Handlesspecial projects, as assigned.
