1 JOB PURPOSE To deliver HR functions and services more efficient timely and productively 2 MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION EXPERIENCE TRAINING KNOWLEDGE Bachelor s degree of any Human Resource Psychology Business Administration Communication Masters will be desirable Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in Human resources employee relations and recruitment Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including organizational diagnosis employee relations diversity performance management and HRMS Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office programs With good knowledge and understanding on Qatar labor immigration legislations laws and procedures 3 COMMUNICATION AND WORKING RELATIONSHIPS Immediate Supervisors For all operational aspects through feedbacks and reporting HR Team Formulating partnerships across the HR function to deliver valueadded service to Business Units establish better and efficient communication between HR and other business lines in the organization Business Units Supporting by developing and implementing solutions aligning to business objectives consulting on human resourcerelated issues Employees Working closely with employees to improve work relationships building morale and increase productivity and retention 4 KEY DIMENSIONS AND RELATED JOB RESULTS Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the business unit for any employeerelated problems within the organization including but not limited to investigations coaching or counseling and other daytoday employee relations matters To recruit within local market and deliver the desired results To monitor review and evaluate all personnel policies and practice to ensure compliance as per Qatar labor law and administrate regulations To establish better and efficient communication between HR and other business lines in the organization 5 OPERATING ENVIRONMENT Travel between various offices markets within GCC and outside the region will be required for this role 6 KEY COMPETENCIES Role Model HR Subject Matter Expert Collaborator Business Acumen Communication Flexibility Persuasion Capacity to influence Trust Integrity
