Job Summary : The role of the Tenders and Proposal Specialist for Business Development Department is to actively support the management of projects, key clients, and a wide variety of other business initiatives.
Job Responsibilities : Provide support to Tenders & Proposal Manager in the preparation and compilation of various project documents such as tender and technical documents / reports and specification etc.
Prepare tender technical documents required in the submittal.Multi-tasking skills and should be familiar with all things related to engineering documents like letters, writing reports, company brochures and similar documents.
Reading & Summarizing technical document, writing skills responsible for drafting routine correspondence and file memos as well as proofreading produced documents.
Marketing analysis & communication perform Internet research for a multitude of tasks such as finding directions, gathering client information, researching the competition and locating clients.
Perform a variety of computer based tasks such as : creating spreadsheets, preparing presentations, creating and typing documents, maintaining calendars and tracking deadlines, filing, taking minutes of meeting.
Prepare tender technical documents required in the submittal.Responsible for document control : establish and maintain the project filing in accordance with the Quality Management System.
Secretarial assistance to the Department Manager.Create and maintain client network directory.Handle project queries I communication in the absence of team members.
Interpersonal and communication skills are essential, face to face contact, able to communicate by email and telephone, scheduling meetings and calendaring deadlines, attending client external & internal meeting.
Provide the support and cooperation in regards to the Quality department requirements and Audits.Job requirements & Skills : Qatar Driving License Preferred.
Available to Join Immediately.Need NOC / RP Transfer.Engineering Background.Experience in handling Tender documents from RFQ to submission.
Document Controller Experience.Proven experience in secretarial field.Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy in typing.Excellent knowledge Microsoft office software.Listen and communicate effectively and professionally.
Ability to liaise with a wide variety of staff and clients at all levels.Able to act on own initiative and operate in a proactive way .
Attention to details.Must be extremely flexible and adaptable to change and further be forward looking and willing and able to implement change in a rapidly changing environment.
