Job Role and Responsibilities

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through marketresearch of construction projects in Qatar
  • Actively working with MEP contractors and consultants
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations andsubmittals for construction projects.
  • Ensurecustomer enquiries are responded to in a timely manner.
  • Use ERP system to prepare sales quotations.
  • Follow up with clients to finalize pricing and salesorder.
  • Negotiate and close deals and handlecomplaints or objections.
  • Follow up withexisting clients, and liaise with them until the project iscomplete.
  • Work closely with ProductionCoordinator and Sales Coordinator to ensure fabrication requestsand deliveries are processed in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with team to achieve better results.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providingsupport, information, and guidance; researching and recommendingnew opportunities;
  • recommending profit and serviceimprovements

  • Prepares reports by collecting,analyzing, and summarizing information
  • Carryout site visits, as necessary
  • To ensure allorders confirmed and finalized are forwarded to production
  • Follow up any leads via telephone, correspondenceand fax, and set-up meetings with potential clients
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales andfinancial data
  • Participate on behalf of thecompany in exhibitions or conferences
