We are looking for an HR Executive to manage our company s recruiting learning and development and employee performance programs Roles and Responsibilities 1 Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them 2 Implement effective sourcing screening and interviewing techniques 3 Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees 4 Monitor HR department s budget 5 Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues 6 Manage employees grievances 7 Create and run referral bonus programs 8 Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software 9 Measure employee retention and turnover rates 10 Reviewing resumes and applications 11 Communicating and explaining the organizations HR policies to the employees 12 Oversee daily operations of the HR department 13 Handling the full and final settlement of the employees
