Legal Manager FMCG Job Description : Legal Manager FMCG Duties &Responsibilities;· Lead and develop legal department and develop strategy aligned withbusinessplans.
Providing legal opinions and advice on local and internationallegalmatters.· Drafting and reviewing agreements, contracts and other legaldocuments.
Managing a team of corporate counsel and other members of the legaldepartment.· Dealing with all types of agreements such as confidentialityagreements, concession agreements, development leases, drillingrigs agreements, deed of assignment, service agreements, jointventure agreements and power ofattorney.
Coordinating with all departments such as (finance Marketingsales-purchasing MROIT).· Investigation of violations of company regulations and provideslegal opinion on legalaction.
Providing legal advice to the HR department.JobRequirements;· Education : Bachelor’s degree inlaw.· Previous Experience : 10 to 15 years of experience in a businessenvironment;
exposure to FMCG and Manufacturing companies ispreferred.· English Proficiency : very good speaking and writingskills.· Computer Proficiency : ExcellentUser.
Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law andprocedures.· Full comprehension of the influences of the external environment ofacorporation.
