The SalesManager of Industrial Control ICD products for Upper Gulf will be responsibleto manage Industrialcontrol channel partners and accessible panel builder network for industrialcontrol applications, driving the development and implementation of the channelstrategy in Upper Gulf countries
Motivate &drive existing Eaton sales team to achieve Industrial control profit plan
Achieve / exceed sales budget targets as agreed for each FY
Investdedicated efforts to develop and promote Eaton’s Industrial control product offerand keep his knowledge level updated through regular learning.
Establishnew and maintain existing, good and long-term relationships with Eatondistributors and Accessible Controls Panel builders in Upper Gulf by managingand interpreting their technical and commercial requirements efficiently
Engage with OEMs,pump and HVAC dealers, industrial end users, panel builders, specializeddistributors to generate demand for Eaton products, and drives sell out throughexisting distributors
DevelopEaton distribution network, detect and recruit new specialized distributors inindustrial controls business
Enlargeproduct basket sold to actual distributors
Activelymonitor competition so as to identify and list Eaton features that helpdifferentiate, add value and enhance sales.
Persuadepartners that Eaton products and / or services best satisfy their needs in termsof quality, price and delivery.
Provide technicalassistance and sales support services provide application engineeringexpertise for industrial controls applications
Develop Pumpand HVAC business through active prescription and targeting major players in UpperGulf market
Push salesof the complete Eaton range of ICD and Enclosures through SpecializedDistributors, OEMs, Traders etc.
Providetraining for all the concerned members of the estimation, design, and salesteam of partners.
Generateinquiries for Eaton partners and help convert them into orders includinghelping them to get Eaton products approved by industrial end users
Drivepromotional campaigns and demand creation events with end customers
Monitorstock levels of distributors and animate retail market
Applymarketing strategies and create brand awareness of Eaton’s industrial controlproducts
Manage a subdistributor network of OEMs, panel builders, industrial control dealers
Strongknowledge of Qatar, Kuwait, Oman industrial control distribution, PanelBuilders, OEM and retail market and channels including competitive knowledge
5-8 yearssales experience in Industrial control business in Qatar, Kuwait, Oman
Bachelor’sdegree in electrical engineering from reputable university is required
Strong technicalexpertise of motor starter products, VFDs, Soft Starters, automation products
Strongknowledge of HVAC and Pump applications and key players
Strongexperience in industrial controls business and key players
Ability tomanage channel partners, drive sales teams, and apply marketing strategies
Knowledge of spoken English
