Ensures the highest standard of customer service and satisfaction are carried out by the operations team.
Responsible for the over-all operations of all Qatar branches.
Close coordination with Operation’s Supervisor for the supervision of all Attractions & Receptions functions
Communicate with management and technical staff in co-ordination of operational initiatives.
Reports all operation plans to the AME Deputy General Manager and / or to the Top Management if necessary.
Involve with Admin / HR related matters especially disciplinary action concern with the employees, attendances, overtime and leave management of the operation’s team.
Review manpower staffing of all branches; evaluate and approve the necessity of overtime works of the employees.
To effectively appraise and manage the full operational teams’ performance, in line with company policy and procedures, ensuring that business objectives and targets are achieved within appropriate timescales.
To develop the team to deliver exceptional standards of customer service at all times.
To plan, develop and control weekly / monthly / annual reports.
Initiate a weekly meeting with the operation’s team, discusses issues, proposal and plans for the organization wise operation.
To effectively prepare staff and manage holiday scheduling of the team.
Developing the business to meet the site objectives and targets.
To maximize profit and minimize loss.
