  • Identify relevant and robustassessment tools for talent identification, and ensure consistentapplication across the business.
  • Monitor theuse of talent assessment tools and provide appropriate feedback andcommunication channels.
  • Guide the linemanagers and Hospital Business Partners in the holistic use oftalent assessment tools.
  • Collaborate with linemanagers and other departments in Human Resources to createsuccession strategies and plans that align to businessobjectives.
  • Implement procedures for the fairassessment of talent for selection and successionmanagement.
  • Partner with other Human Resourcesspecialists and managers to ensure alignment and linking ofsuccession plans with other Human Resources initiatives (e.
  • g.retention strategies, sourcing strategies).

  • Coordinate with relevant departments to identify majorbusiness unit changes / challenges impacting talent.
  • Lead the coordination with line managers and HospitalBusiness Partners to identify potential key roles / jobs, determineneed of successors, and identify current incumbents in keypositions.
  • Lead the coordination with linemanagers and Hospital Business Partners to identify and approve,based on past experience and competencies, high potentialcandidates who will go through the succession planningprogram.
  • Monitor the assessment of skills andexperiences required for unmatched critical positions, and reportrisk areas, if any, to line managers.
