Job Descriptions :
a) Logistics coordination support the implementation andmanagement of logistics activities.
b) Logistics execution implement and assess ongoinglogistics activities for Turnarounds to include mobilizations,execution, demobilization, and abandon.
c) Facilities plan implement installation and managetemporary facilities (including BRMs, BRTs, warehousing andtemporary buildings) to include coordination with Electrical, Civiland Mechanical teams.
d) GateAccess - Manage & coordinate Security access controlactivities.
e) Obtain RI-IC Occupancy approvals - Coordinate with RLC, Firedepartment and RI-C Camp Services authorities for occupancy andapplication of local rules.
f) CONTRACTOR Supervision coordinating CONTRACTOR workcrews and equipment's to execute pre Turnaround, executionand demobilization activities.
g) Furniture Manage facility furniture requirements,mobilization, demob and storage.
h) Consumables Order, maintain and track. Conduct QA checkson CONTRACTOR consumables.
i) Camp Coordination interface between the COMPANY andcamp.
j) Coordinate with Land Logistics activities to include site andequipment fuelling, site transport coordination includingimplementing and review Journey Management Plans, IVMS, vehicleinspections (pre-mob checks) conduct LT investigations, traffic andpedestrian control and road management.
Supervise TA dispatchersand conduct Tool Box Talks with TA Transport teams
k) Supervise civil works and infrastructure activities including butnot limited to site preparation for facilities, road, walkways andground works.
