Standardise the customs-wide strategy and general approach to Customs and International Freight Forwarding procedures as it relates to local best practices.

Forecast and develop the strategy for capturing specific customs related analytics (i.e. number of customs entries, types of entries, etc.
Execution / OperationsFacilitate the movement of Tournament related goods from global points of origin to destinations as required.
Liaise with General Authority of Customs to develop the Customs and Freight Guide and lead the distribution process to affiliated client groups.
Orchestrate the streamlining of communication with client groups by controlling the Customs messaging through the following medians : In collaboration with Procurement, Finance and Event Functions to establish a tracking schedule to control customs goods (i.
e. identify requirements, when the activities will take place, the volume, points of origin and special importation requirements).
Lead the process of closing all outstanding Customs procedures.Implement a process with Procurement to take part in the approval of all international contracts.
