Implement the NFXPProject Environmental Management Program during the NFS onplot FEEDactivities to ensure compliance with the State of Qatar, RLIC andQG requirements and provide oversight to FEED Contractors to ensureperformance standards are obtained and sustained.
Qualifications Bachelor or Associates degree in Engineering / Science from a recognized university and ten (10+) years experiencein the Oil & Gas industry in environmental field field orin lieu of a degree, minimum of twenty years of experience inenvironmental or regulatory matters.
Formal audit qualificationNEBOSH certificate / diploma will be an added advantage
Knowledge and / or Experience
Minimum ten (10) yearsexperience in the environmental field Experience in majorConstruction Projects (including brown-field work) with totalcapital expenditure >

1. Job Purpose : Ensures the timely completion of the all environmental studiesincluding the Environmental Baseline Study (EBS) and EnvironmentalSocial Health Impact Assessment (ESHIA), including MME approval andissuance of consent to construct.
Supports PMT engineers, analystsand staff to implement the NFXP Project Environmental ManagementPrograms during the FEED.
Contributes to the establishment,maintenance and improvement of Environmental Management Programs tofulfil environmental permit, legal and other requirements as wellas NFXP Project s Environmental Management System guidelines forthe NFS onplot
