We are now interested in speaking with experienced Clinical Dietetic Coordinator to join the Qatar government funded national health service, who is the main provider of secondary and tertiary healthcare services with a multi-national workforce of over 29,000 professionals working in 12 hospitals, nine specialist hospitals and three community hospitals as well as the National Ambulance Service and home and residential care services.
This organisation has strong partnerships with Weill Cornell Medicine, SIDRA, Qatar Biomedical Research Institute, Primary Health Care Corporation, The University of Qatar, The University of Calgary, The American College of Surgeons / Committee on Trauma, BTLS International USA, UK Resuscitation Council, European Resuscitation Council, Advanced Life Support Group (UK) the American Academy of Family Physicians and the College of the North Atlantic and is already the first outside of the US to have all of its hospitals by the Joint Commission International (JCI).
It is also the first hospital system in the Middle East to achieve institutional accreditation from the ACGME InternationalYou will carry out quality assessments of preparations from basic ingredient to service point for safety, quality, and nutritional value, whilst contributing technical assistance to recipe standardization.
Essential Education : BSc degree in Dietetics and Nutrition from a recognized universityIn addition : Assume overall supervisory responsibility of food / enteral feed operationsPlanning cycle menus / standard enteral computations based on established nutritional guidelines and available resources of ingredientsTranscribe physicians’ prescriptions of diet / enteral feed orders into encoded meal portions / volumes of enteral feeds ·Assist in updating menus and evaluation of newly introduced food items and replacementsSupervises tray line services / enteral feed issues as per standard practicPerform visual and taste panel assessment of preparations that are ready for service and adjust as neededSupervise assembly of food items / enteral feedsWhat is on offer?
