Sr. Specialist Direct Sales - Home Internet & Fixed will be coordinating sales activities & operational requirements of direct sales teams and manage channel partners acquiring new Home customers, drive cross and upsell of existing customers

What kind of tasks will you have?

  • Implement and execute sales strategies along with Direct sales manager through the partners
  • Identifying business opportunities, outdoor sales activities & holding regular pipeline review meetings with the team.
  • Responsible for providing training to the sales team on sales techniques, administration and product, planning, executing, and managing sales strategies,
  • Complaint management and coordination with Stores and customer care from sales point.
  • Analysing current marketplace and feeding back important market and competitive information
  • Manage sales partner backend reports for all the products and align direct sales manager on it.
  • Manage the logistics and stock requirements for partners

  • 5 years of work experience in sales
