Support the Head in formulating the strategy and plan by providing inputs on existing and potential key accounts Provide inputs for the development of the departmental sectional policies Develop the processes and procedures to effectively deliver on the departmental sectional policies and ensure they are reviewed and updated to reflect the ongoing protocols and practices Achieve budgeted sales volumes prices and profit margins at a specified number of key account customers Enhance account penetration and relationships within the key account company focusing on increasing product strategies and activities such as identifying buyer influences overcoming objections introducing new products pricing negotiation etc Create and deliver compelling sales presentations by choosing the effective communication medium Track and optimize return on investment in key accounts Communicate frequently and maintain positive relationships with existing customers partners to understand their needs and be a resource for potential solutions as needed
