Qualification & Skills
At least five years’ experience in the financial services industry, preferably in a major bank, a consultancy firm, software vendor or regulatory agency
Detailed knowledge and hands-on exposure in at least one of the following FRM core area including Accounting, liquidity risk, funds transfer pricing, financial statements, consolidation, Hyperion.
Mandatorily minimum) At least five years’ Experience with OFSAA
Proficiency in spoken and written English
Strong communication and presentation capability
Ability to thrive in an international environment
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and project management skill
Analytical / Decision-Making Responsibilities :

Knowledge and Skills Requirements :
Possesses and demonstrates a strong understanding of the OFSAA

Rich Knowledge of statutory and regulatory reports
Knowledge in Hyperion is an advantage
Supervision Responsibilities :
Indirectly / directly supervise project team members in the development, implementation, and delivery of OFSA project according to client business requirements
Be accountable for the performance and results of each assigned development
Provide feedback to CFO and senior management in order to optimize projects for operational transition

Main Responsibilities :
Assist The client with implementing policy and procedure with all aspects of Ledger, AP, FA, Accounting Hub, FTP, ALM, and liquidity.
Assist The client with implementing the reporting related to statistical modeling to better understand the liquidity risk of different products on the balance sheet
Assist The client with implementing the reporting related to the regulatory requirement related to liquidity and ALM. Support the project team and stakeholders in system implementation including business requirements, configuration, and systems integration with Core Banking, and Kondor+ (Trade Finance & Wealth Module).
Support senior managers and stakeholders on the various project aspects to solve the complex problem
Assist / Lead Automation of
MIS reporting and budgeting process including that for segments, branches, channels
Cost Allocation process
Net profit margin calculation including profit rate (on the financing of each profit bearing asset, investments etc.) and funding cost (on each profit bearing liabilities e.
g. deposits, market funding etc) calculation
Consolidation Process across subsidiaries by designing forms or developing a common platform
Daily dashboards including key ratios / matrices, balance sheet, and income statements
Regulatory reporting integration
Develop and maintain productive working relationships with Client personnel
Design and roll-out customer level profitability
Communicates with business to identify and to better clarify and analyzes its business needs.
Managing System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of different Integration Service projects and CRs, so as to identify and confirm their efficiency and accuracy prior to their release to production.
