Ø Coordinating activities ofinternal and external events.

Ø Event management, pre,on-site and post event - responsible for full logistics.

Ø Discussing what thestakeholders wants.

Ø Agreeing budgets andtimescales with the management and stakeholders.

Ø Booking venues, equipmentand supplies.

Ø Preparing invitations andsending them out at appropriate time.

Ø Supervising contractorssuch as caterers.

Ø Publicizing theevent.

Ø Definingcompany brand through events.

Ø Coordinating with thecreative departments.

Ø Coming up with originalideas for events.

Ø Making sure thateverything runs smoothly on the day.

Ø Ensuring that health,safety and insurance regulations are followed Skills.

Ø Exceptional attention todetails.

Ø Provenproject management skills.

Ø Highly proficient withMicrosoft Office tools.

Ø Team player with strongpeople skills, problem-solving abilities and collaborationskills.
