Business Development Responsibilities
Prepare a corporate deal package if needed
Insure properties are rented with the highest occupancy
Create a data sheet list of all leads and clients
Assist marketing in creating marketing packages and proposal.
Prepare a full list of potential clients on weekly / monthly basis
Quarterly full market research
Identify Competition
Provide a clear feedback on CBRE properties Status and raise any concern
Other Accountabilities
Internal Coordination and Communication
Schedule and coordinate departmental activities and internal meetings in a timely and efficient manner.
Communicate with other departments for any exchange of information as necessary.
Extend the services to internal customers / departments
Extend the services to Property Unit to overall occupancy
