DohaAbout your Job : In this interesting role, you will be responsible to deliver brand communication materials that build and maintain the integrity of the QR brand.
They will contribute to the development and creation of advertising content for print, radio and TV media, and also for other kinds of brand and marketing communications material such as digital, social, brochures and point of sale materials.
They will communicate with key stakeholders and agency partners and will manage the execution of brand campaigns from start to finish.
Some of your job responsibilities will include : Maintaining and reviewing the brand guidelines for the QR brandRegularly reviewing brand health research and identifying trends and improvements that are requiredEnsuring that materials are delivered in all languages correctly so that the brand is well represented in all marketsWorking with the Commercial Marketing team and Regional Marketing Managers to ensure consistency and quality of brand communications in the regions.
Monitoring the quality of materials used at events and trade exhibitions to ensure that the brand integrity is maintained.
Maintaining oneworld alliance brand compliance across all customer touch points.Contributing to the creation of communication content internally for advertising and marketing communication which includes developing print advertisements, radio and TV commercial scripts and other marketing literature.
Writing project briefs for external vendors such as advertising agencies, audio / video production companies and photographers and overseeing the creation, development and production of advertising and marketing communication materialsQuality assurance of content produced which includes proofreading and checking written as well as other forms of content for clarity and to ensure compliance to prescribed brand communications guidelinesInterpreting and understanding business and marketing objectives and effectively communicating the objectives in written formEvaluating copy and visual content received from advertising agencies and other external sourcesResearching, analyzing and interpreting data from various sources including online to develop original and compelling brand communication materials.
Project management of outsourced projects such as development of advertising campaigns for the brand, for destination and product launches, advertising photography, production of radio and TV commercials, videos and other materialsTake ownership for the delivery of key Marketing projects and consistently manage the quality of all materials dispatched.
Every piece of collateral released must be quality checked, delivered on time and contain no mistakes.Managing the purchasing process for third party creative services including production and other costsContribute to the strategic development of marketing materials including new media to ensure cut through in a competitive market.
Providing mentoring for graduate developees and other junior staff as requiredAssist in the response to any emergency or a major operational disruption affecting Qatar Airways or its subsidiaries, including support of the Qatar Airways Special Assistance Program.
