Position Objective :
Primary Responsible in taking food and beverage orders, suggestive selling and serving orders to guests by making sure they feel welcomed and comfortable.
Secondary (as business needs and manager instruction ) Responsible of running food and beverage orders from Bar and Kitchen to the assigned table handled by the waiter, Set up the service stations, Bussing for the empty plates and glasses from the tables, change ashtrays if applicable, clean floor windows and keep the store in a neat and clean atmosphere.
Job Roles and Responsibilities :
Greet and welcome customers, provide consistently excellent customer service by demonstrating thorough product knowledge by managing the ordering, suggestive selling and all payment procedures are adhered to, in particular cash handling, are performed in an accurate and precise manner to avoid customer complain.
Ensure the menus are clean neat and always available, Presents menus to customers and answer questions about menu items and make recommendations upon request.
Take orders from customers for food and beverages, repeat the orders to make sure that that customers know exactly what they ask for, and communicate it to the kitchen and bar staff by punching it on the system.
Set up the table and serve ordered food to the customer table in accordance to the table standard and timely manner.
Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and everything ordered is served.
Follow the standard procedures of handling customer complain and solving problem and report it directly to the manager at all time.
Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters, and make sure they follow the table standards set up at all time.
Presents bill to customers and accept payment. Thank the customers while leaving the shop and ask them to visit us again.
Follow the company standards and policies relating to health and safety, security, energy and first aid procedures.
Set up and clean the front of house service areas (dining, toilet and counter tops areas) and ensures the tables are cleaned and relayed in a quick and efficient manner according to the standards, and the subsequent handover and closing duties ensuring the readiness of the store operations every shifts.
Present at the pre-service briefing and be in constant communication with the kitchen team and Manager.
Reports service area faulty equipment, machinery, service-ware and any related issues / incidents to the Manager to ensure smooth running of daily store operations.
Practices proper cash handling procedures by addressing the register after every transaction. Follows proper cash checkout procedures.
Checks stocks and suggest order quantity to Restaurant Manager.
Work on all FOH station in the shop as advised by the Manager.
Other tasks as assigned.
Keep the store floor, windows, table, under tables, display clean at all time
Set up the service station making sure it’s properly stocked and full at all time.
Set up all tables in speed and efficiency.
Running all food and beverage from Kitchen and Bar to the assigned tables.
Busses all empty plates and glasses and reset up the table after guest leaving or when required.
Keeps the bussing station always clean and neat. Aids stewards by emptying the diches and silver ware.
Follow the hygiene standards in preparing, serving food and beverage for the customers at all time.
Follow the grooming and uniform standards as per the company policy.

Minimum Experience :
2-3 years experience as Waiter / Waitress / Front of House Staff preferably in QSR categories
Minimum Qualifications :
High School Diploma, or depending on previous experience and aptitude.
