Sales Manager - FMCG Sector Job Description : Sales Manager - FMCGSector · Analysis and survey of competitions and accordingly positioning ofthe right product in themarket.

  • Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performancemonitoring of the salesteam.· Maintain consistent contact and provide sales and service to allcustomers in all channels (retailers, distributors, key accounts,ModernTrade.
  • Assist the company with promotional ideas to increasebusiness.· Achieve sales revenue numbers, budget & profitgoals.· Manage quarterly / annual sales budgets andobjectives.
  • Understand and utilize syndicated data to identify salesopportunities and develop salespresentations.· Provide feedback to management from key retail and distributorcustomers.
  • Launching of new products and adding new product. DesiredCandidateProfile;· Beholder degree in business administration or a relatedfield.
  • Successful previous experience in FMCG filed from 5 to 10 yearsincluding at least 3 years in the same position with well-knownFMCGCompanies.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence crediblyand effectively at all levels of theorganization.· Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan toclose.
  • Strong business sense and industryexpertise.· Excellent mentoring, coaching and people managementskills.·
