Perform system backups andrecovery on timely basis.
Performs on-site analyze,diagnosis, and resolution of complex computer problems for avariety of end users and recommend and implement correctivehardware and software solutions, including off-site repairs
Assists with Server installations and setups as well asresolution of server end problems.
Assists with theadministration of Client end Installations.
Assistsin network connectivity troubleshooting and firewallmaintenance
Installs Complex Software for DesktopManagement. This includes Asset Management, Antivirus and Spamfiltering software, Desktop Maintenance.
Configuresand installs personal computer software packages, softwareupgrades, PC Support, Operating System upgrades andmaintenance.
Identifies and corrects operationalproblems on employee computers systems.
Updatetickets using Service Desk application based on the SLA andSOP
