We offer competitive compensation and benefit packages.About Your Job : : You will be responsible for the development, facilitation and continuous improvement of English language development offerings across Cabin Services.

The role implements innovative and practical language development initiatives that will ensure employees are fully equipped with the required language skills to support the business in achieving its objectives.

Further responsibilities as following : Identify language training needs to plan language development programmes for Cabin Services employees.

Design and develop training materials based on best practice Learning & Development methodology to align with the 70 : 20 : 10 model.

Develop and implement blended learning which includes traditional and online learning solutions.Evaluate, amend and adapt learning programmes where necessary, in order to adapt to learners’ needs or changes in the work environment.

Manage training programme logistics including venue, participant selection and post programme evaluation in conjunction with department coordinators.

Deliver and facilitate training programs to a world-class standard, using adult-learning and learner focused techniques.Initiate new language training programmes based on needs analysis.

Facilitate tailored workshops according to the needs of Cabin Services department.Utilize coaching techniques to improve Cabin Services employee’s performance based upon an agreed action plan.

Research and recommend outsourced language programs to enhance employees’ learning.About You : : To be successful in this role,You must have a Bachelors / Masters degree in TESOL, Applied Linguistics or a related fieldYou must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as Voice and Accent Coach , Public Speaking professional or an English Language Instructor with a large multinational / corporate organization .

You must be experienced in designing training materials & curriculum .Must be computer literate with knowledge of MS Office -

Word / PowerPoint / Excel.Experience working with multiple nationalities will be an added advantage" Train the Trainer" certification will be an added advantage.
