Job Summary

  • Responsible to coordinate and oversee the catering teamin a structured and daily routine ensuring the highest standardsare met.
  • Develop and maintain workingpractices in line with current food hygiene regulations and ensurestaff are fully conversant in this area.
  • Building and motivating a team (approx. 10) to ensure thecustomer experience is second to none.
  • Todevelop and change menus to ensure a refreshed look and feel bothto the café and restaurant.
  • Constantly review and improve process and supplierselection.
  • Develop and maintain procedures forstock control, stores, and refrigeration.
  • Responsible for the recruitment, induction, appraisal,and training of all staff.
  • Maintain anddevelop excellent relationships with internal and externalstakeholders.
  • Requirements :

  • A Bachelor Degree in Business Administrationor Hotel & Restaurant Management.
  • Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience with at least 2years at a management level in the field of the hospitalityindustry, or catering operations, or similarenvironment.
  • Language : English is spoken andwritten.
