Qatar Petroleum (QP) is a state-owned public corporation established byEmiri Decree No. 10 in 1974. It is responsible for all phases of the oiland gas industry in the State of Qatar.
The principal activities of QP, its subsidiaries and joint ventures arethe exploration, production, local and international sale of crude oil,natural gas and gas liquids, refined products, synthetic fuels,petrochemicals, fuel additives, fertilizers, liquefied natural gas(LNG), steel and aluminium.

HUMAN RESOURCES / STRATEGIC WORKFORCE PLANNING
Primary purpose of job
As a Workforce Planning Analyst, you will collaborate closely with the Human Capital / Finance team to provide the best service to our customers by gathering, analyzing, realizing insights from the data, and supporting the drive for pragmatic SWP action planning to address business issues.
Experience & Skills
5-7 years of experience in large corporate environments with exposure to process & data management and analytics.
Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistic or a relevant quantitative Science.
