Scanning all Officialdocument & email to concern person.

Maintaining Record for labor & equipment (Time Sheet)

Maintaining Employee Data Base in Focus Software.

Supporting the development and implementation of HRinitiatives and systems

Providing counseling onpolicies and procedures

Being actively involved inrecruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managingthe hiring process

Assist with day to day operationsof the HR functions and duties

Provide clerical andadministrative support to Human Resources executives

Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)

Process documentation and prepare reports relating topersonnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances,performance evaluations etc)

Coordinate HR projects(meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes

Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues,rules, and regulations

Assist in payroll preparationby providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)

Communicate with public services when necessary

Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures

Coordinate communication with candidates and scheduleinterviews

Conduct initial orientation to newly hiredemployees

Assist our recruiters to source candidatesand update our database
