Ø Provideguidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasingproperty for the right price under the best terms

Ø Determine clients’ needs and financialsabilities to propose solutions that suit them

Ø Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients onmarket conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements andrelated matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing

Ø Perform comparative market analysis to estimateproperties’ value

Ø Display andmarket real property to possible buyers

ØPrepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closingstatements etc)

Ø Manage property auctionsor exchanges

Ø Maintain and update listingsof available properties

Ø Cooperate withappraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors

Ø Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys,mortgage lenders and contractors

Ø Promotesales through advertisements, open houses and listingservices

Ø Remain knowledgeable about realestate markets and best practices
