Roles &Responsibilities :

  • 2-4 years ofexperience in Onsite support
  • Knowledge and experience on windows 10 OS
  • Manage Desktop Devices (hardware, software andconnectivity) incidents through to resolution.
  • Manage IMAC and desk side supportservices.
  • Manage hard and soft breakfix services for laptops and desktops.
  • Provide standard and approved hardware andsoftware (operating systems and standard office applications)support and maintenance on Desktop (Field Users) Devices for theirentire lifecycle (including the remote management of DesktopDevices using appropriate tools).
  • Support, Manage, Optimize and Maintain the configuration andinstallation of the Desktop, to include, but not limited to, patchupdates, hardware replacements, with spares provided byvendor.
  • Experience with Servicemanagement tool ex Service now
  • Should have good expertise on EUC tools, remotesupport tools, MS office and outlook.
  • Preferable to have a good understanding of Lync, VPN, and mobiledevice support.
