Duties and Responsibilities :
o Manage the day to day operations of the recruitmentteam, o Working with Line Managers on fulfilling recruitmentcampaigns Handle of the recruitment process o Interact with keystakeholders, balancing priorities for urgent roles and timepressured project campaigns o Manage relationships with recruitmentagencies o Advise managers and employees on staffing policies andprocedures.
o Follow the annual recruitment plan. o Fulfill companys needs for recruitment ( White and blue collars )
Job Requirements o 10-12 years of experience in talentacquisition o Solid background in talent acquisition in a dynamicoperation (preferably FMCG) o Multinational background is a must oFluency in English
