Community Engagement Specialist - Job Role : -The Community Engagement Specialist will be the ultimate community advocate.

You shall develop and manage digital platforms, video content, run campaigns with care and attention, and work with our partner network to help them grow their business.

Community Engagement Specialist - Key Accountabilities : An ideal candidate has experience cultivating online communities, is an exceptional communicator and relationship builder, has a bias towards action, and knows how to use data to drive decision making.

Manage social media channels of Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube. Conceptualizing, creating, and posting content, as well as engaging with customers and directing queries to relevant parties when needed.

Increase engagement of existing community members through designing and executing marketing campaigns, contests, gamification, and other initiativesInspire innovation and creativity across our global social channels and social campaigns.

Drive engagement through effective storytelling concepts, ideas and words.Build an on-brand, on-narrative social calendar aligned to business strategies and goals.

Drive innovative evocative visual and video content aligned to brand objectives, tailored for social channels.Evolve and experiment with brand voice and brand style guidelines.

Run end-to-end campaigns focused on achieving specifically measurable KPIS.Work alongside all types of business units to develop solutions and ideas to help customers get their job done better, faster, or with a more predictable outcome.

Prepare press releases and various other forms of content for distribution.Liaise with agencies, firms, gather quotations, media outlets, to ensure media is shared appropriately and on time.

Provide data and insights on customer digital behaviors and tendencies amongst our platforms as well as the overall digital landscape.

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST - Skills'Minimum 2-3 years in a relevant marketing or community engagement position, preferably in a banking or financial sector environment.

Proficient in Adobe Suite.Proficieint in photography, videography (developing content, storylines, concepts, and shooting and editing).

Knowledge of managing end-to-end video projects, preferably with a team, and preferably managing that team.Knowledge and understanding of latest digital media trends and practices.

Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced tech environment. Proven adaptability in a fast-changing business environment and a pragmatic approach to driving business results with the long-term in mind.

Relevant experience in developing and growing online communities (forums, discussion groups, social networks) or in another equivalent customer-facing roleExperience in analytics software and using data to make impactful decisionsExperience working with cross-functional teams (e.

g. Sales, Product, Innovation, Customer Success)Experience presenting ideas to executives and industry leaders. Experience creating written and visual materials to explain and synthesize complex ideas and business results to senior stakeholders.

Must have excellent communication skills; written, verbal, interpersonal and professional.Experience in working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers / stakeholders.

Drive organizational success; must deliver results even when faced with challenges, support and encourage the development of others, being passionate about motivating others and encouraging personal belief in abilities.

Demonstrate agility; focus around continuous improvement, showing the ability to quickly solve day-to-day business problems as well as identify new processes and frameworks for speed of delivery, initiating appropriate change.
