ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
First point of contact with customer over Phone, Chat and social media
Maintain excellent service levels according to KPI’s with High level of professionalism Answering calls on time interacting / contacting with social media and online inquiries within timeline
Provide professional experience to customers who reach Jaidah Group through contact center channels. Applying We Care Culture
Work in a team with other department to increase first call resolution / ensure that right person has received enough information for resolution.
Carry out customer experience activities Net Promoter Score, Customer Satisfaction Index, Voice of Customer, Loyalty , including complaint handling and escalation matrix.
Participate in outbound activities Retentions Customer Loyalty Lost Lead survey Product Recall campaigns Lead Qualification along with any other activities carried by contact center.
Increase showroom / service center appointments and traffic by promoting all available facilities, ongoing campaigns, available services, benefits and Jaidah Group / product values.
Keep accurate records of all interactions with customers, and update in centralized database
Assist in Service events and Marketing campaigns when required
Assist in database cleansing tasks
Maintain excellent communication within team, Co-workers and externals
Certification in relevant field Customer Service
Experience in VIP Customer Service a plus
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Strong Interpersonal skills
Confidence, patience, politeness, tact and diplomacy, when dealing with difficult situations
Strong communication and listening skills, a pleasant and professional phone manner
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet Usage)
Accurate in typing and data entry
