We’re seekinga Senior Threat IntelligenceConsultant to support our Enterprisecustomer accounts. In this role, you will interact with all rolesin cyber security, such as Threat Intelligence, SOC, VulnerabilityManagement, Incident Response, Threat Hunting, Red / Blue / PurpleTeams, Pen Testing, security architecture, and C-Suite.
Your dayswill be spent working closely with our customers to ensure they areeffectively using our threat intelligence services as well as doingthe following :
Drive all aspects ofcustomer engagement, including support requests, regular touchpoints, quarterly contract reviews, and ad-hoc intelligencerequirements.
Plan and managethe customersuccess life cycle, tailoring keycomponents to meet the client’s specific securityrequirements.
Support user training andenablement, helping to integrate our data and technology into dailyworkflows and processes.
Act as the voice of the customer for ourProduct team
