  • Meeting and liaising withstakeholder to manage visibility and communicationplans.

  • Manage end-to-enddigital projects.
  • Create presence for QS withinternational online platforms and publications and work onadvertising and awareness campaigns.
  • Assistwith the online marketing through news blogs and relatedwebsites.
  • Ability to use camera, editingprograms and graphics to use on social media visuals andvideos.
  • Generate, edit, publish and sharedaily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that buildsmeaningful connections and encourages community members to takeaction.
  • Build and execute social mediastrategy through competitive research, platform determination,benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
  • Monitoring current affairs and coverage of theorganisation within the media.
  • Development ofbrand awareness and online reputation.
  • Contentmanagement (including website).
  • Planning andbudgeting for events from the concept creations todelivery
  • Event concept creation and contentcreation, eg themes, message, purpose.
  • Researching to identify opportunities forevents.
  • Liaising with clients to ascertaintheir precise event requirements.
  • Producing detailed proposals for events (egtimelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing andbudgets).
  • Ensuring event insurance, legal,health and safety obligations are adhered to.
  • Coordinating venue management, caterers, stand designers,contractors and equipment hire
  • Organizingevents facilities for car parking, traffic control, security, firstaid, hospitality and the media.
  • Identify speakers or special guests oncerequired.
  • Send out invitations (soft or hardcopies).
  • Planning events layouts andprogram.
  • Coordinating events staffingrequirements and briefings.
  • Liaising withCommunication team designers to create a brand for the event andorganizing the posters, schedules, brochures, stands and PRmarketing materials required.
  • Coordinatingsuppliers, handling client queries and troubleshooting on the dayof the event to ensure that all runs smoothly.
  • Raise purchase orders to procurementdepartment.
  • Overseeing thedismantling and removal of the event and clearing the venueefficiently.
  • Prepare and publish annual eventsschedule.
